National Tobacco Control Center: pivotal to tobacco-free and healthier society
National Tobacco Control Center is the first policy advocacy institute for national and global tobacco controls in Republic of Korea. Prior to NTCC, Tobacco Control Team at Korea Health Promotion Foundation, an affiliated agency under Ministry of Health and Welfare, supported implementation of tobacco control programs at local and national level. With technical and financial improvement, NTCC aims to expand its role in policy research and development, monitoring and evaluation of policy implementation, as well as creating tobacco-free society.
